Our top quality sea bream are freshly prepared by hand by us. Sea bream are classed as a “white” fish similar to sea bass in texture and taste, having a sweet flavour with a medium texture. Perfect with Mediterranean and light, subtle flavours, sea bream can be pan-fried, baked, grilled, steamed or poached.
Our fresh fish is exactly that. . . fresh. We never substitute your fish with an alternative choice. Neither do we supply it frozen or pre-frozen.
